I don't need them anyhow, I just use plastic trash bags. (heavy duty) That works for me :)

They have rules here. They won't pick up recycling unless it's in the correct bin. They get very upset if you get it wrong. Just to make the whole thing even more dysfunctional each local authority has it's own rules and different coloured bins for different types of product. We are lucky in that we have one bin for all recyclables, some people have to divide it up into separate containers for paper, glass and plastic.
