I've looked at both, but everything in my price range seems to have a 32 GB hard drive. Learned my lesson on that one! Ain't no salesman gonna convince me to go backwards again!
Deep breath, Wynona! Go pet a fuzz butt, hug Gracie, and give Johnny a treat! You'll feel better!

Thanks, Bob, but I've already been there and they don't have anything I'm interested in.

I'd like a 14" Lappy with at least a 120 GB hard drive and 4 GB RAM. So far, everything I've found in that format are $500 and above. I could get a 15.6" one, in my price range, but that's really bigger than I want.

    Night all.

I'm done installing and reinstalling Insider. Back to 16193 - working fine for now. Will make Macrium image tomorrow, since it's a clean install and have it for fresh start for next few builds...
    Night Andre.

    Evening everyone.

It's 79° this evening. I'm not sure it got to 80° today.

The little 14" Lappy is gone, never to return. Once I got it up to Build 14226, it croaked like the last one, so I took it back. The guy at Office Depot (Manager type) wanted to know if I'd turned it off during the update cycle. Ha! I told him it turned itself off during the update process; that I hadn't needed to . . . Then I said, "Stick a fork in me; I'm done." I told him that if it couldn't get through the update process without going belly up, that even though it came with Windows 10, it's not sufficient to handle it.

I went to Best Buy to see what they had and it was a bit of the same. They had several versions of 32 GB HDD ones and I said, "I don't want to go backward!" The salesman proceeded to tell me this was the new and modern way; of course, I told him I begged to differ, that hard drives have gotten bigger since I owned my first computer with 2K RAM and a 5 MB hard drive. Not smaller! Modern isn't moving backward; it's moving forward! Sheesh!

Anyway, at this point, I now have two Lappies and one desktop. I gave my 11.6" RCA 'Droid to the daughter. I rarely used it.

I would still like to have a 14" Lappy, but I'm not paying $500.00 for one yet!

Wow - am I gonna have problems with my 32GB RCA tablet with W10 on it in the future?

You could get an 11" Chromebook for $45 at your local Walmart (if they have any in stock - none by me).
