Hi. Not new here really. Took a long break from 10 after it became live in 2015 as I did not like it. I have been running it on VM's when time allowed but have been listening to music and watching my movie collections on DVD etc. Life has been hard on me since I had a cardiac surgery in June 2013 (the 3rd) when I had a thorocotomy to laser my heart. Been in tremendous pain so have not felt like fiddling too much. Now last May I got a spinal cord stimulator fitted and the pain has gone down to a more manageable level so I am feeling a little better and a little more normal (if that was ever possible). I have now installed 10 on my main PC as I have a digital license for the beta testing et al and have been tweaking and setting stuff up. Currently I am removing ads and crap including Candy Crush etc. Been looking through the tutorials, I still like the look of 7 over 10 and as my left eye does not see very well at all and gives me double vision *swollen blood vessels behind retina" says the eye specialist. Is there anyway to darken this awful bright settings? I have the dark theme on but some stuff is so bright (file explorer) and web browsers. Anyway that is why I have not been on here or on Seven Forums either. Tony.
