Ok, I see that. When I attempt to dual boot after the first OS creates a GPT partition on a wiped disk, I get on warning upon installing the 2nd one that "Windows cannot be installed on this disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style." Therefore I choose the MBR type. On this rig anyway.

Any explanation for that or am I doing something wrong?
Not all flavours of Windows can be installed on GPT. Seven can't not sure about Eight.

I'd check to see if there's maybe a newer version out. If not, ask if it really makes that much difference. If not, one less proggie taking resources.
The version I was running was the latest. And the BSOD said the problem was caused by the Samsung Magician Rapid Mode. It has failed to start several times and I would have to rescan it.

Sounds like an AHCI issue. Might want to look here and see if anything pertains.

I did all that when I installed the 850 EVO some of the problem may be that all of my stuff is SATA II or USB II . When I get back into the RTM, I will recheck it

Windows CU, then Insider build. Both Home 64bit. Could be Home edition.

Would UEFI BIOS have a play in it perhaps as well?
