I was hoping to find a way to tell it I lost my password, but so far, no luck. I finally found all three accounts, but couldn't change anything.

I have two books I keep passwords in, and both have the same PW for my outlook.com account.

So, I know I have the right password. For some odd reason, it just won't remember that's its password and keeps asking for it.

So were you able to log in online using your passwords, in your browser? and all passwords logged in correctly?

No. No passwords were required, but my outlook account isn't active. There was no way that I saw to sign in.

Guess I'd better go back and look? Was just going to check the blog to see if they had anything on it.
