@AndreTen or anyone know the fix for the 0x8007002 error about updating to 16193? Was it the update fix-it that was used? My laptop won't update.

If it's the same Registry fix, yes.

Ugh! Got the blasted error again!

Did my dishes, though. Some progress anyway.

Quit your whining and wash your darn dishes. LoL ...I do have a dishwasher, and still wash mine by hand, everyday. :)
So do I for there's not enough dishes with only me to make it worth while to do a load. I've thought about duplicating some dishes, pots, and pans and rinse/hide them in the DW until a full load, though. It's good to run it now and then otherwise the motor shaft seal dries out and leaks.

Only one MS sanctioned reg fix I'm aware of. Straight from Feedback Hub....

    Delete this key

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\RequestedAppCategories\8b24b027-1dee-babb-9a95-3517dfb9c552

    Re-boot, and re-scan for updates.

Never mind. I must've goofed in the path. Did a search of it and found it. Rebooting now. Stay tuned for more goof ups. LOL!

The reg edit has a "go to" function now. Since about Dec. or so. Paste that path in the address bar and enter. Just for future ref.

If you're still in search... One of these errors hit me too. Think I used Windows update troubleshooter.
