    From what I've read online this is not uncommon for MSI. Their customer service doesn't have a great track record. However, Jose was very nice about it and seemed like a pleasant guy. Hope I didn't seem to rude, but I'm starting to get fed up with how long it's taking.
    When I'm getting ready to chew some butt, Chuck, I preface it with, "I know it's not your fault, and that you can only do what your supervisor lets you do, but what they don't seem to remember is that I'm the customer and I have a big mouth and am a member of the Better Business Bureau. They should also remember that I have a right to expect your product to work as it should, and not have to wait an inordinate amount of time for repairs to happen if it doesn't! I also belong to quite a few review sites, including Amazon.com and Newegg.com.
