My computer sees the phone, but not the text with the picture.

It should save the pic's in "Photos" on the phone, you have to have WiFi on to send them to your 'puter.
In 10 open the "Photos" app and they should be there.
Right click on the pic, copy then paste in your post.

I think this will work.

click on the pick and save it, then do what Bob said
