Well, 1st I get me crew together. Then I get me sextant & compass out. Then I look across the sea's of cheese & say "Shove off mates." Then we sail using me maps & compass until we navigate to where we be going. Arrrrr.
And than you get lost ?

@HippsieGypsie I've finally decided... Taskbar only is the closest

If I used taskbar only, I would need about seven of them and would cover half a screen. At least 200 programs and APPs installed.

I know where it is but taskbar itself has only 6 icons pinned on it, all 200 would never fit.

Poll says "where you start.." nothing about where you end :) I know CountMike, but what can you do?

In that case I start in a login screen. Start button is on taskbar and I'm not aware that it could be anywhere else. Start button opens Start screen and that would be real beginning for opening and starting programs.

There, that's what was meant by starting navigation from taskbar. Not just start button.
