Soo... apparently the support guy, Jose, was able to get in contact with someone higher up who will talk to the RMA director and will then send me an email with the details about my graphics card. Should expect to get the email in the nest 24-48 hours.

From what I've read online this is not uncommon for MSI. Their customer service doesn't have a great track record. However, Jose was very nice about it and seemed like a pleasant guy. Hope I didn't seem to rude, but I'm starting to get fed up with how long it's taking.
Neat! Dell says I can download something from my Digital Locker. Can't tell me when I'll have something to download it to, but I can! Whoop......
