Morning, Bob! Missed seeing you post. Been busy researching Canadian Qwertys.

Is the Doc gonna buy you lunch?

Good morning, Wyn. Sorry, but you're hanging with a bad boy now.

After checking all that you want to quote and quote the last one, I find it best to go Advanced to capture all of them, then do my writing. The text box there is larger also. Hope that helps.
It's really not all that 'portant, Hippsie. It was more of a surprise/shock than anything else.

No, he's ordered a bunch of tests Medicare might not pay for as they are repeated too soon.
    Almost $1,000. worth.
If they aren't covered, he's not gettin' them.

    I don't blame ya, Bob!

I'm not sure, but if he bills Medicare and they're not covered, I think he's not allowed to bill you for them.

    Stand your ground!

Sometimes (sometimes), if the Doc writes a letter stating it is a Medical Necessity, you can get a pre-auth waiver from Medicare. But you have to do it first.

Worst case scenario, Bob, is that you refuse the ones that aren't covered and then have the doc send the "medical necessity" letter and reschedule once he gets an OK.
