you need to change the owner to Administrators and give it full control. It's all in the notes I put here Last One To Post Wins [73]

Mine says Administrators because I already changed it. Yours says Trustedinstaller. Change it.

In your machine:

The current owner is Trustedinstaller.
Administrators has read access only, needs full.
The owner needs to be changed to Administrators.
Full control needs to be given to Administrators.

All of this needs to be done or you can't modify component services, because you are an Administrator, NOT Trustedinstaller.
