I went to the store where I ordered the Internet and he was flabbergasted. And very upset that I'd been treated so badly. What was really funny is that the b**ch I talked to cancelled my order without my requesting it. Seems as how she's prolly gonna be in deep doo-doo. I asked him if my telling her AT&T had just lost a customer was tantamount to telling her to cancel my account, and he said no, that I had to tell her to cancel the account in so many words. So, enough about her . . . My $100 is being put back onto my debit card and the account is totally closed.

Since I had a positive experience with the young man I spoke with first and because the man at the AT&T store was very helpful in getting things corrected this morning, I may keep the AT & T phone . . . or not. Depends on whether I can find a comparable plan price wise and user satisfaction wise.

Cyndi and I went to Best Buy and picked up a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 Dual Band Range Extender and it works great; I can get online with my desktop! Yay!

She told me that if it sucked up all her Internet, she was gonna come get it and take it back!

There is, but we have 14 days to be sure whether this range extender works or not. It was Cyndi's idea to get the range extender, so unless it slows her Internet down, we'll probably keep it.
