I had 5 application updates on my two application Adobe photo plan

Interesting day. I had an appointment at neurological clinic, was there three quarters of an hour before my appointment, got a coffee to go from café and sat in a bench in a small park just opposite the entrance.

My insomnia has been really bad lately, for instance last night got no sleep. Somehow the nice, warm autumn weather made its magic, I woke up almost two hours after my appointment time, cold coffee in paper cup beside me, a text message waiting telling me to call to make a new appointment.

Fell a sleep again in tram coming back home but this time woke up already one stop after mine (it has happened I've slept until end of line, two miles and several stops past my stop).

Went straight to bed, got an hour more sleep. Now it's 14:50 (2:50 PM) on a beautiful Friday afternoon and I feel I do not need any more sleep this week :)

That's like toothache, it stops once close to dentist.

Today I did a 12 hour shift .... but no work for two nights now
