Insomnia is shit!

It's Thursday morning 7:47 AM. I woke up on Tuesday about 6 AM, not slept since that. Can't sleep, although I know I should.

I categorically refuse to take any medicament like that, the same with barbiturates. Too long and private story to tell. Anyway, just woke up, it's 14:00 (2 PM). Got over three hours sleep, feeling better.

Good to know that.
Yes everyone own a way to cope with sleeping problem. Even I am a nurse, I take medication with caution in order to avoid getting a habituation to it.

Disney will ruin it though(IMHO)
