Kari, I know the feeling. Hard to describe, but it is very real. My Doc understands, and gives me 3 Valium for the "occasion". 2 about an hour prior, and 1 just before the voyage. Helps, kinda..........

Last day off before I go back to work. I'm going to walkup to the fish and chip shop, sit on the patio, have a couple of Guinness and some fish and chips.
As of today I celebrate my 10th year clean and sober! Or that translates into 3,653 days/24 hours. It's such a great feeling that I've made it this far.. Without AA this couldn't have occurred.
And the great support I get from Erin is a huge...
