    giving that win7 people who migrated already to win10 had so many issues with the migration,maybe a switch to a Version of Linux instead of win10 would be a good choice for basic computer users.

    I consider myself a basic user and although I run win10 on my 2 computer[1 tower 1 laptop ] ,I do have a Raspberry Pi3 that will in the near future will be use it to replace my win10 tower

    That's never a bad idea, I also run Linux Mint 17.3 on a Desktop and Linux Mint 18 on a Notebook and osMac [latest renamed from Mac OS X] on a MacBook Pro.
