A train of thought that won't let me go.

Parts in this being anything not used or failed to print out correctly for whatever object you are making.

I got to thinking and not as simple a heating and respooling or making into something to mold, you'll need a bath or 2 to break down the components then a process to make it into thread or whatever to get it ready to use. The trouble is as I understand it when you produce an object the state of the materiel changes a bit so you can not just use a simple process to reclaim it.

So can/will this be open he consumer level in the next 10 years or will it still be a thing only large operations can afford to do?
