Cortana and Denmark (and other small contries) ????

Greetings and happy new year.
Why do we in Denmark (and other small contries) have to pay full price for Windows 10, when we are not getting the full package? We have no Cortana, and as I read a lot of news here at tenforums, Cortana is an important part of Windows 10. We _can_ enable Cortana, but we have to change language and region. Try imaging you in USA have to change language and region to Thai to get Cortana to work. Would you then pay full prize for Windows 10?

My hope for 2017 is, that Microsoft would either give us a refund or access to Cortana in our language and region, as it seems to be a real good option for Windows 10. May I add, that Apple is able to get Siri to work in Denmark in Danish language? Why is it more dificult for Microsoft than for Apple to get this to work? I have an iPhone and therefore know about Apple, but I still prefer a PC with Windows 10 over a Macbook. Please Microsoft, give us Dane (the Vikings) a full Windows 10 including Cortana. That is my New Year wish.

I know tenforums can't make this happend, but maybe your voice along with others can wake up Microsoft, as I have the idea, that tenforums indeed is being read by Microsoft. But all other equal, I have receiving a lot of good ideas, tips and tricks here at tenforums, and allthough my English is poor, you people has allways giving me a good and enlighting feedback :)

Happy new Year to all in here from a very little place called Denmark (most of you kay not even know Denmark).

Some of the features of Windows were targeted by countries or factions in various nations as being anti-competitive with 'local' programs so have to be left out by order of the laws of those countries. This goes back several years, one I recall is some of the multi-media applications. If that doesn't apply to Cortana then my assumption would be the difficulty in getting it to work with various languages and dialects/versions of languages.

Believe me, Cortana is NOT essential to life, you can survive without it. In fact some of us strenuously avoid it like the plague.
