    Weird


    I couldn't launch the window key or access notifications etc after sleep mode. Display acted irrationally and the Dell laptop wouldn't shut down.
    Pressed off for 15 seconds and then on and laptop resumed bad behavior. Spent 3 hours futzing with it. Nothing worked. Turned it off again, made a pot of coffee, called Amazon to return it and hit the on button one last time. BAM! Welcome screen appeared, everything back to normal. Like I said: weird.

    not weird ,it windows , it could have just been caught in windows update or something like that .... but there is always a chance its more serious, keep a eye out for other bad behaviour as you use it
