What movie really scared you as a kid? Heck, even as and adult.
Wrong Turn and the first Hostel creeped me out pretty good.
silence of the lambs... nightvision scene... was a good one :)
also not really scary but a great flick -> the devil's rejects

I remember sneaking downstairs to watch an old black and white called 'The Cyclops', (I think); I was about 6 years old, couldn't sleep for weeks! :)
Cant remember what scared me as a kid, always liked horror films
I remember getting my first flat in the mid 80's and wanting to do a marathon of horror films over night, elm street and Friday 13th, lasted till about 3am and fell asleep
nowadays, I find the Japanese horror films more scary than others, things Like The Grudge, Dark Water, One Missed Call, there is another about watching a video and the creature comes out from the screen, cant remember the name off hand, these are the original Japanese versions with sub titles, not the English remakes
Nothing scares me. I'm from Chicago.
For me it was the old classics. Frankenstein, the Wolfman, the Mummy and Dracula. I use to stay up after 11:00pm and watch Chiller Theatre, later to be called Double Chiller Theater. I would lay on the floor with my head peaking out of a blanket. When it got to scary I would cover my head.
