Hi there

Not sure what's happening here but on a standard proper full 1080p HD 42 inch TV I really can't see any difference between 720p stuff and 1080p stuff when sitting about 3 - 4 metres away from TV set.

Is it me or are the actual streams broadcast via SKY / NETFLIX / AMAZON etc for a lot of programs actually "Up-rezzed" rather than broadcast in genuine 1080p format.

I've even found some Torrents for TV shows at 720p BETTER than the native "Official" streams at 1080p !!!!!!

4K stuff is another order of magnitude --that works brilliantly on a decent TV > 50 ins. My complaint is with 720p vs 1080p - I think a load of these programs were never broadcast or made in full 1080p and the up-rezzing diminishes quality.

I've found though on a small 24 inch TV the 1080p looks good (but so does 720p as well). !!!

Any comments or is it time for me to have a visit to the Optician.

Cheers
