28 meg download speed according to speed test

Heck Paul that speed is better than mine!! I only get 20MB down ...
Update, just checked on 3 different test sites, and I got 24MB down ...huh...

beginning of the year i was on 0.4, now that was bad when doing updates

I have 25, and MS is giving full speed usually. No other servers give such flat line...
