I know something about Office Sway, I could give a fast "Sway 101 - How to Start" on Saturday if there's interest.

If you create your own Sways you'd like to embed in your posts here at the Ten Forums just insert the ID code from the URL in [SWAY]Sway ID Here[/SWAY] tags.

For instance the URL for the Sway in my tweet is https://sway.com/JHwQl6PcvA_Ixa5w. The highlighted part is the ID, that needs to be in [SWAY] tags.

BTW I have now tested quite extensively streaming the chat live, it works as it should. The audio levels which were screwed in our test chat last weekend have been fixed in Wirecast, the app I use to stream the meeting live on YouTube and automatically record it for later viewing. Everything works perfectly, but I cannot help it if an attendee has his / her microphone recording levels too low; the live stream and the recording pick the signal strength from my computer. I have no possibilities to raise and lower the output level independently for each attendee.

A nice addition is that the live stream is now with time shifting, watching live you can pause and go back and forward to live again!

Have been testing a few days almost all the time to get everything working as well as possible for our chat. Noticed one thing, this only applies to those members joining the chat or any other Lync / Skype for Business meeting using the desktop Lync or Skype for Business app and having issues in seeing what is presented on the "stage": Disable Office 2010, 2013 or 2016 Preview hardware graphics acceleration!

Open any Office application except (funny enough!) Lync / Skype for Business. Select Advanced, browse to Display section and select Disable hardware graphics acceleration:

Click OK to save settings. The settings are applied globally to all Office desktop apps. At least for me in my tests this resolved the presentation issues.
