Hi Stephanie. I have a gravity/filter coffee maker and I take my coffee black. Nothing quite like watching the sun come up in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand!! :)

good thread steph. I like my coffee weak as possible. I use the tea bag method. I add ground coffee to tea bag, staple the opening, and dunk it. thus controlling how strong I want it to be. may seem unusual and unorthodox, but ive been doing it for 3 years.

And there is classic coffee making. It's also known as Turkish, Greek, Bosnian, Serbian with zillion fine differences...

Two spoons of ground coffee in boiling (but off fire) water (for one cup) and sugar as will. Boiling again one or two times. Picture from wikipedia.

It is really simple to make your kind.. Just put less coffee in the pot (when preparing) :)

You can make really weak coffee, if you drink it without sugar...
