Well, with the announcement of that fact, limiting/eliminating permissions on 10 Pro, I was one of the undoubtedly many, many people who were pissed at the fact that they opted for 10 Pro to have control over certain factors & MS just yanked the carpet out from under us. My 10 Pro was an upgrade, so I didn't have to pay anything, but I can imagine anyone that paid for 10 Pro was a BIT upset. I removed 10 Pro as soon as I read all the BS that was coming.

Right now I'm running 7 32, 7 64 Pro, 8.1 64 Pro & Linux. As well as the insider releases of Win 10. I have a partition reserved for the 10 Education, I just need to get to it.
Thanks. I'll have to read up on all that. Haven't been keeping up on much in the tech world.

The weird thing is, they stated starting with the AU of 10 Pro, you would not be able to turn off Cortana. No more off switch & the reg keys would be disabled to turn it off. Apparently though, from what I read, the reg hack still works for turning her off. Maybe MS backed off at the last minute? Don't know, but I have to wonder how long before other OS versions are effected with loss of permissions.

My Wife is saying we have to go do out "Saturday Thang," you all have a good safe day :)
