The distances those images came from are absolutely staggering. They're like a super model or whatever. You can see 'em, but you'll never be able to touch 'em... LOL

    1) They probably don't use RF... More about at the quantum level.

    2) I'm sure we're only scanning a very small portion and direction of space in the first place. Kinda like trying to crack every possible hexadecimal key in AES256 which is this number: 115792089237316195423570985008687907853269984665640564039457584007913129639936

    3) I don't think we're young in the sense there may be others that have lived in the universe a heck of a lot longer than we have. Thus RF is an old school grade of medium to use for communication. It is very primitive, so is fire for work in/work out energy...

I think once we learn more about things at the quantum level we'll discover we may not be alone in the vast dark space after all... And besides, something crashed on in on that stormy Summer July night in 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico. The general consensus was that it was a derbies field some three hundred yards wide and triangle in shape suggesting it plowed on in.

Does it all immediately nullify the existence of a creator, a supreme being? No. Something created this universe (and maybe other universes) and set the rules that nature lives by... And people need to understand and accept that. Does your dog, cat a turtle look like you? No, they might as well be "aliens..."

    Interesting info graphic.

Although I have seen/read some speculation that in terms of existence, we are actually quite young in the universe & other races if, they exist, have had time to evolve far beyond us. Since the universe is expanding outward, there are other planets that were formed hundreds of years ago, have had a head start on us & would have been at our current evolutionary point hundreds of years ago. This would mean their evolution is way ahead of ours had their civilization run it's normal evolutionary course such as we are currently doing.

Of course there's always the theory that no intelligent race wants to come near our planet

A private company's unmanned spacecraft made the first American lunar landing since the Apollo mission, helping to pave the way for the return of astronauts to the moon. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
