yes saw that, not sure why it says it Japanese, its English and will operate from England, according to the article I read about 3-4 days ago.

I'm not sure either but it's up-there and it's a start.

The NPR link I posted said it was launched from Baikonur and the operations center is in the UK. Looks like everyone has a slice of the pie...

I suggest spaceX go back to the drawing board, or they are going to be left far behind. Virgin Galactic are soon to be seen.
