    According to article:
    Known as a near-Earth object (NEO), asteroid 2006 QQ23 will come within approximately 4.65 million miles, according to data compiled by NASA
    On average, the distance from Earth to the moon is about 238,855 miles.

    That asteroid is not what I would call "potentially hazardous"
