What station are you watching that on?
    ISS HD Earth Viewing Experiment

Mr Ed: No, its much better than NASA, who keep switching it on cams, and off and on. This is 24/7

tonight over me: Time: Wed Mar 31 8:26 PM, Visible: 7 min, Max Height: 48, Appears: 10 above W, Disappears: 10 above SE

For the NASA SD stream during "loss of signal" periods, viewers will see a blue screen. I have found that it is sometimes OK to leave it streaming even then. That is because you might hear communications between the ground and the ISS.

I agree that the ISS HD Earth Viewing Experiment stream is much better quality but it is not 24/7. Right now I am getting this message. I had a good view just a few minutes before.
The video from the space station External High Definition Camera (EHDC) has been interrupted due to either loss of signal between the station and the communications network, or it is being used for station operational purposes.
I found it useful to follow the Live Space Station Tracking Map in order to anticipate when the ISS will be overhead. It is also good to know when the ISS will be in sunlight or darkness depending on what you want to see.

It looks like the ISS will be passing over the UK and northern Europe in a few minutes.

I edited the post and added the Live Space Station Tracking Map screenshot. That was taken less than 1 minute after the ISS screenshot.

Dominican Republic. It makes sense based on the ISS track at the time.
