    Did you use PC Decrapifier?
    The PC Decrapifier Wipes Unwanted Junk | The PC Decrapifier
    I use it on all new laptops. Or if I need to do a factory reset.

    Nope.. I went into the control panel and uninstalled anything and everything that was not important to the PC.

    You should run it anyway. Sometimes finds things you may have missed. Doesn't just blindly uninstall, but gives you the option of keeping or not.
