Is that Mountain Time? (which has no Daylight Saving)
and is the same as either Pacific or Central for some of the year

States and territories in the United States that do not observe daylight saving time, aside from most of Arizona, include: Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Some parts of Indiana did not observe daylight saving time in the past.

Oh, and can't forget.....all of the UK, including Gibraltar, observe BST (Brexit Standard Time)....it's whatever time they want it to be!
