Hmmm that's unfortunate (on the other hand however I rarely got any replies there). Any reason for shutting her down?

I was told there was some sort of irreparable data corruption of the server, which was effecting the other help sites stored on the same server. So, it was shut down. It will not be returning...ever.

But, look at the bright side, you still TenForums, and our other 3 help sites. :)
