    Yeah. We got about 2-3" of rain. That area, just southwest of Baltimore, got over 6+ inches. Whole area is prone to flash floods due to the Patapsco river and a bunch of smaller streams all trying to dump into the Bay at the same time! Plus Ellicott City is built like a layer cake, all sides rising around the middle.

    I know it might not be fare to some people, but they should stage the rollout in different regions
    make it available at 6am local in each area
    make the load on MS servers much better, instead of everyone trying at 10 AM PT
