Galaxy S6....how to ditch Touch Wiz and touch Wiz Easy

hey guys,

having a Samsung S6 for about 15 months, recently Touch Wiz sits in my way.

I use CM Launcher which i like vey much, but cannot get rid of both Touch Wiz apps.

Today i rooted my phone, but right now i do not know how to take full advantage of this.

Any help much appreciated.

Superuser was installed but does not work. Error prevents this app from working...

So all i want to do is take control over my phone and remove some programs like What's App, S Health, S planner etc.

Try Package Disabler Pro from the Playstore and you don't need to be rooted for it to work.

will try it out, but in order to remove Touch Wiz, etc, one needs to be rooted (i think). Anyway i will stay rooted as long as i have the Galaxy 6.

Will post the result here as soon as i have it.

hey Dwarfer, i promised to get back to you and here it is:

Package Disabler Pro from Google.play says that this MIGHT not work on a rooted phone, so i skipped this. But it probably will work fine for some.

Downloaded Debloater, which is for rooted phones and whaw is hat powerfull.

It works via pc which is good, then you are focused when going in there.

All and i mean all programs are show, so one must be carefull not to remove the wrong ones.

Anyway i clicked on Touch Wiz and instantly it was removed or made unusable, not visible anymore.

This ia really a must have for rooted phones.

cried victory too soon....

Touwh Wiz Home is gone, but i could not find the setting for Touch Easy Home, thinking both where together.

So now i still am stuck with TOUCH EASY HOME. If someone knows the name of the setting, i could remove it.

Yes Dwarfer, but what still....doing all that for 50% of succes.....

Normally one can hit ALWAYS when choosing the right launcher, but i do not get that option.....


Anyway, i will search further to got what i want

hey guys,

if ever you have the same problem. Cannot delete touch EASY home from my Galaxy S6, but when gong to settings, applications, default applications, home screen and hitting CM Launcher and then home nothing happens, but when hitting settings and then home i get the screen with CM Launcher and Touch Easy. hitting CM Launcher and Touch Easy no longer shows up.

Hopefully it stays like this.
