He doesn't need a diet he's at his optimal weight he can't lose more or he'd be really ill. I've not looked what that diet is but it would probably include stuff that he wouldn't touch, sorry but he's a fussy eater, he's not vegetarian but he doesn't eat meat, apart from chicken and that's not very often.

Oh we know that Keith but the lowest he managed was 9 something and that was only once and I think it was after a salad day. He feels well though even at the numbers he's getting and he's not going to change what he eats, although he has cut down on sugar stuff. He's never taken sugar in drinks though and he's now stopped putting it on cereal on the odd days he has that for breakfast. :)

He might want to cut down on other carbs such as potatoes and bread as they metabolise into sugar.
