I figured the most of us would see this here. I just got mine out (haven't used it in months!) and it's charging/updating now. :)

Hmmm. I got an update to my Paperwhite about a month or so ago. It connects every night when I read, so if it needs another, I reckon it will get it. Thanks for the heads up, Wynona.
