Come on, you've been on the Internet long enough to know you have to read the fine print.

lol, glad you got it sorted out.

Wait a minute, didn't you already have this plugged in and working? Must not have been your model 2 right?

My original plan was to use the Pi1 for my project which I did. And I've also tested plugging in the screen on Pi2. The screen lights up but I never got the OS to work. But I did not bother too much about it before. Then, this morning I got curious again why it wasn't working until I found out what the problem was. :)

Looks interesting, I'll likely give it a go. I have to get a couple more SD cards first. Thanks for the link.

I have two PI's, PI B+ and PI2 B which both run an aircraft radar however I'm unsure if there's something I can do with the PI2 - I need some good suggestions if anyone has any! Preferably no electronic related as I can't really figure Python out Raspberry OS, etc sure.

Have a look here, https://learn.adafruit.com/category/raspberry-pi Not all of them require wiring etc. A couple of use are setting up media centers running OPENELECT.

Eventually a custom build of Windows 10 will be released for the Pi. That was what originally started the discussion here. It's not out yet but we wanted to talk Pi anyway so I started this thread. The original thread should be linked to in the fist post of this thread.

Aircraft radar as in a physical radar unit or a radar display app type of deal?

Alpha, do you use OPENELEC to watch live TV? Like TSN, Weather Network and other regular TV programs.

I tried it and it has better resolution (HD) than my cable subscription.
