Hardware question.. upgrade to my PC this March 2015..

Well, I first off want to upgrade my processor from the existing AMD A4-4000 to the AMD A10-6800K. Amazon.com: AMD Quad Core A10-Series APU for Desktops A10-6800K with Radeon HD 8670D (AD680KWOHLBOX): Computers & Accessories I really want a new quad core processor for my PC but I was also wondering. Should I go in full bunny and replace the motherboard as well.

Right now I have the MSI A55M-33E. While it's not a bad motherboard it's really not what I would want in my PC. MSI makes an average motherboard at best, from what I have read and I want to have a better one. I was thinking of getting a GigabyteGA-F2A88XM-D3H FM2+,
Amazon.com: GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H FM2+ AMD A88X (Bolton D4) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard: Computers & Accessories

From what I've read and seen on a nice video review it's a very good motherboard and better than the one I have now. The question is.. should I??

I know that I likely will but.. well should I??
    TIA

As long its within your budget I would say yes. I would upgrade my computer if I could afford it. Budget is a little low at the moment. I miss going to the computer fairs. They use to have them in my area. Now the closet ones to me are in the Baltimore area. I think they had one this weekend.

I checked my budget and it fits nicely so that's not an issue. And I really like Gigabyte motherboards over MSI.

I love computer fairs.. but I haven't been to one in ages. So I use Amazon or NewEgg to get my parts. Well or I can go to the shop I purchased my PC to get parts as well.

I mostly use Newegg, Microcenter and Tigerdirect. Tigerdirect has a store about 20 minutes away from me. Microcenter has a store about a hour away. Occasionally I'll go to Staples. The computer I have now came from Microcenter.

I don't have a PC store near me.,,, well one that sells parts other than BestBuy. And if I do go to the local shop they have to order the parts as well so I have to order them. Usually I use Amazon but now I might use NewEgg if the price is lower.

I have a local electronics/Radioshack store but they don't don't have the best prices. If their prices was reasonable I would use them to build a custom PC. It's been a long time since I had a custom built PC.

Newegg might be lower in price, but they have a God awful return policy.
    I use Amazon whenever possible.

Sad but true! Radio Shack was a really good store at one time.

Radio Shack has been gone here for years. Bell Canada bought them out and renamed them, The Source.
