That's right Edwin. Wonder what event will make it spike again? Cortana maybe :)
    Possibly!
I've seen a few rumors though, that there won't be anymore builds til the new year.
I'm sure the second Tuesday in December will, at least, have a hotfix or two; they can't let broken stuff drag on and on!

That would be way to long but the slow ring ISO might come down the pike before that?

Hey HG, are you ready to switch over to 10 from 8.1? I for one am in no big hurry.

Not just yet, if ever. Most likely not without a Start screen. Not liking the new Start menu, even at full screen. A pain to navigate with a keyboard and it shows the Taskbar. Snapping isn't fixed yet. At least on my setup. The overall OS is just too "desktoppy" for me. However, there are some nice added features like the Settings panel replacing CP. Notification center. Cortana is another, although the search in 8.1 is great. When Cortana with voice is fully functional it will be hard to beat. It's great on the phone. Store apps are becoming more functional with added features as time goes on. Of course that's with 8.1 also.

We'll have to see if Tablet Mode works on a desktop PC. That will be my final decision factor. It's not enough like 8.1 for me and too much like 7.

I have W8.1 set up to boot to the desktop, where I do most of my work. I have Classic Shell installed, because I like having a traditional Start Menu. But when I want to search for programs or apps I like using the All Apps Screen, which I can easily access with the Win key. I like being able to access either the Start Screen or the desktop separately. It just seems cleaner to me that way. I guess the bottom line is that W8.1 will be updated for quite a few years, so there won't be any rush to switch over. By that time I will probably build a new PC and I would have to buy a license for W10 anyway, since I won't be doing it in the next year, when the free upgrade is suppose to be available. However, I do have a licensed copy of W7 I could do the W10 upgrade on. That way I could familiarize myself with W10, but still use W8.1 as my main OS.
