If its surface mounted, soldered right to the circuit board (no socket); you use what I bought above.
A hot air reflow station. Which is what I bought it for, to remove Surface Mounted Components.

I finished building my "range box". 23" long and just large enough to carry all my rocket launching supplies... (made from 2x 1x6x48 inch Red Oak boards)
