Look for a "Spotting scope" Riffle scopes require holding them at larger eye distance specially ones for high powered rifles because you wouldn't like scope meeting your eye at high speed recoil. Rifle scopes also have much narrower angles.

Oh, I have. In the spotting scope dept., I wanted straight, not angled and again.... skinnier.

I was spoiled at an early age. I was stationed in Alaska and was about 18 years old. (circa 1978)
Someone had a par of Leitz 10x40B binoculars.

They were simply... incredible. They would even see through... foggy days.
    They were tiny, too.
So I know they can make stuff like this.

Have found in my experience that you will never find anything to match something that is tinged with any level of nostalgia

    LOL, you're probably right.

But... but... Jason Bourne had one in the 3rd movie.

Pinterest via Google claims it's this one...

    But then there's this...

But because it's a movie... it could be a toilet paper tube fixed up to look like a monocular.

I saw that the other day. Only real bad part is that it has a BK7 prism, instead of a Bak-4, and it doesn't say "glass" in the specs anywhere. It's only $16 on Amazon though, and $20 at Celestron.

There's also a company called Roxant that makes a few small monocs. But for one reason or another...

Then there's real companies like Zeiss or Maven.

    /edit

It seems I found one. Combing through the specs on a few sites... it has a BAK-4 prism, with all the best coatings.
I know the eye piece and the objective lens are glass. Can't find anywhere where it says whether the rest are glass or not.

    Item Dimensions: LxWxH 3.74 x 0.98 x 0.98 inches

$65 on Amazon, and $50 on Newegg. Made in China and there is no SCOKC website in the U.S.

Well... I just received my Hellocube PU leather, rubber backed 31" x 15" desk mat to cover my keyboard tray.
The keyboard holds it still and the mouse loves the surface. Unfortunately, my hand doesn't slide on the PU leather as easily as the mouse. So that's a big fail.

But... I came up with a solution (I hope). A piece of genuine leather 30" x 10", tanned on one side.
I got it from European Leather Works, which is in California. Well I got it from them through Amazon where it was $6 cheaper.

Purchased these binoculars in the early 1950s from one of those shops that bought goods for cash.
Believe them to be German forces issued.
Superb optics have tried others but none better.
