Looking at buying this: Samsung - 65" Class 7 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. My question is, is Tizen OS for Smart TVs any good?
I can't answer your question about the Tizen OS. I can say this though. My Roku boxes outperforms my smart TVs and my Sony smart Blue-ray players.

I have to use the old way of using the daytime running lights. Turn the light switch to auto. :)
The technology of today eliminates the need to flip a switch

Even my 2005 Ford Five Hundred has DRL's.

That depends on year and TV model. Also ROKU boxes don't exactly require the processing power a TV would.

I've had a few smart TVs of different brands and including my 2 Sony Blue-ray players I have always had better performance from my old Roku box. I guess we all have our preferences.

My post was a joke because on both of my trucks I only had to turn the switch to auto. After that I never had to touch the switch. Auto on daytime driving lights, auto on headlights when it started getting dark auto off when I shut off the engine.

I'm still thinking about this statement. Why would a smart TV have more processing power. Because my Roku boxes work better I would think that they have more processing power than a smart TV. The same for the sound output of a TV. I had to buy a 5.1 sound bar to get the sound quality I wanted.

My first two cars were black - a 48 Kaiser and a 49 Ford.

    That was enough......
Both are now classic. I take it you no longer have them. My first car was a 1960 Dodge Matador. Dodge only made them 1 year. Sadly it was nickle and diming me so It went to the scrap yard.
