Got this in the mail, was going to buy the 512gb HP flash drive but saw this sale on the 256gb one so changed my mind. Now I'm formatting it from fat32 to NTFS and looks like its going to take about 2 hours.

Reformatting actually took a full 6 hours, so Im guessing that reformatting a 512 GB drive is an all day task. Now the drive is hot and needs to cool off.
