The concrete slab in front of my garage is about the same size and then there is the other 400' of crushed concrete driveway down to the public road, as well as a turn around area up top to blow out as well. :)
Sounds like a nice setup for heating your garage. I would love to have hot water heat in my house. Forced air always dries things out so much. Are you going to turn the garage into a workshop then?
