Web Pages for the Screen Size Challenged

CNN has gone "modern". I'm sure their home page looks really nice on a small smart phone screen but it is very annoying on my PC monitor where I do real work. I now have to scroll down 6 times to get the same information that used to take on down-scroll.

My parents continued to use their rotary dial phone until the mid 90's. Now I know how they felt :)

They have a popup asking for feed back tell them what you think I did it was not good.

I missed the popup but I did sent them a message on their Viewer Comment Page.

That's some help and yet another inconvenience. There's still an enormous amount of wasted white space, too many "scrolls" per page and the weak font becomes difficult to read.
