Thanks. :) Yes, I read a similar article on the subject the other day. Whenever I hear "free" a red flag goes up. Great idea, but I feel any government shouldn’t get involved with things like this. Too much expense of bureaucracy as it is. They talk big numbers at first, but don’t mention if it fails or just not as successful. Then what? They should simply sell it off to private developers/investors and tax it like they do everything else. If people choose to use it, then they pay the tax. Too many multimillion dollar contracts given to too many friends of politicians, especially greasing the war machine. I could go on, but I’ll stop there.
