I have none... For me I just do what I have to when I have to.
Jeff..
I have a similar system with my drinking, Layback Bear. I only get some whisky if the name of the day contains an S, and a little on Monday and Friday.
Time is an illusion - people would eat when they got hungry and sleep when they got tired. They were usually hungry and sleepy most of the time - it was hard work growing and hunting food. Then someone invented sundials and water clocks. The industrial revolution had been born and trains could run on schedule.
My time schedule - awake and asleep ... not necessarily dictated by the sun or clock.
Of course since returning from holiday in August some folks want to pay me to help them with their machines ... that means I have to play on their time table.
Are those bagpipes I hear at the very beginning?
Time table? Is that a table with a clock upon it?
Was working since I was 13 years old. I "punched a clock" for 50 years. Even when I bought a job starting a company the hours were longer. Retired since last October although since Spring I take on little jobs to keep somewhat fit, break some boredom, and make some extra money.
It took me 4 or 5 months to get over mild guilt that I should be working. Strange how that was. Now I just sit back and watch the river flow. :)

I don't hear bagpipes. I think it's keyboards.

The only time table I go by is being on time for a round of Golf. . .
Could be a table with a watch on it.
Keyboards? Really? The two sound nothing alike
Funny how people here things differently, eh wot.

And they used to tell us our hearing would be affected - maybe they were right
Cood be.
I put the earplugs in and listened. Still don't hear bags. Just a synthesizer. But add 43 years of construction noise along with the rock & roll concerts and guess what you get out of me........Huh?
