What's for dinner? [2]

As Its cool today (11c out atm) I'm going to make a Beef Stew & Dumplings, Max is having steamed Chicken Breast and a few Prawns :)

Tonight Im cooking Lemon Baked Cod with spiced Rice, Max is having Backed Cod (no Lemon) :)

Portobello Mushroom ravioli in a basil cream sauce. Lots of french bread and a glass of wine.

It's called Proya around here.
I don't think there's English (or any other language) name for this but it's essentially a pie made of coarsely ground corn flour with feta type cheese, onions, ham and bacon plus buttermilk and some herbs, all mixed up and baked in oven. Glass of sheep milk buttermilk goes great with it. Calories galore of course. One piece size of slice of bread is enough for me.

Little noodles with some Italian red sauce on it.
