Today I'm making a Chicken Curry with Rice and Max will be having Steamed Chicken and some Prawns :)

Gf just brought a pot of stuffed zucchini, will have to last at least 3 days because she's going to a spa for 3 days, back is killing her again, couldn't even drive last couple of days. It's only about an hour and half away so but I'll have to put that food on the stove for slow cooking.

I think a cool dinner tonight, Poached Salmon with Salad for me and chilled sliced Beef for Max :)
